Say What?

I was just in the kitchen cleaning and I heard Sam yell, ‘JESUS CHRIST!’ from his playroom. I went RUNNING in there to find out what in the world would make him say that, where did he hear that, who taught him to take the Lord’s name in vain and wash his mouth out with soap.
‘WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY???’
‘…I said… THEY-JUS CRASSHHED…’ and pointed to a pile of train cars that had, in fact, wrecked on the tracks.
Oh. Ok. Carry on then…

Ha! My mom tells this great story of how she found out my dad let me watch the original Superman when I was like 2 or 3. It’s a longer story but it ends with me telling my mom I knew it made Jesus sad when we used the phrase “What the he!! is going on here?” Because yea, the first time I chose to use that phrase was at Sunday School.
